To evaluate products under more representative conditions, the Weisswasser laboratory is equipped with a dedicated challenge-water preparation system.
The process begins with an RO purification unit, which converts tap water into purified water and provides a stable base for preparation. According to the test plan, selected substances are then added and adjusted to create controlled water conditions representative of different markets and application environments.
The prepared water is supplied to laboratory testing stations, allowing the team to observe product performance under defined conditions and compare results across different samples.
This system helps reduce the influence of natural fluctuations in tap water and supports more consistent evaluation of filtration performance, operating stability and product suitability.
